One click to focus on a single client’s work
When you juggle multiple clients or workstreams, even Spaces can pile up. Profiles let you group Spaces under a label and filter Scopo to show only that group, across the switcher, shelf, and project bar.
How it works
Create a profile from the menu bar
Click the Scopo icon in your menu bar, go to Profile, and select “New Profile.” Give it a name: a client, a workstream, whatever makes sense.
Assign Spaces to it
Open the project edit popover for any Space and toggle the profiles it belongs to. A Space can belong to multiple profiles.
Activate a profile
Select a profile from the menu bar. Instantly, the switcher, shelf, and project bar show only the Spaces assigned to that profile. Everything else disappears.
Switch back to “All” anytime
Select “All” in the profile menu to see everything again. Your profile assignments stay saved for next time.
Tips & tricks
Auto-assignment
New Spaces automatically inherit the active profile. Switch to the right profile before creating a new Space and it’s already assigned.
Delete a profile
Option+click a profile name in the menu bar to delete it. The Spaces themselves are untouched; they just become unassigned.
Many-to-many
A Space can belong to multiple profiles. Useful when a shared tool (like a browser) is relevant to several clients.
